Glorious sandy beaches and extensive coastal pathways are just a few steps away and lead right round to Wheelers bay and Ventnor esplanade. The property itself is packed full of character, with a bright and spacious open plan lounge / dining and kitchen area. Presented to a high standard, there is plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table with six chairs, a well appointed fitted kitchen and wooden flooring throughout.

  Bonchurch and the surrounding area provides a variety of walks and view points, namely St Boniface Down (National Trust Downland), boasting the highest point on the Isle of Wight. Local attractions are Ventonor Botanical Gardens, St Catherine’s Lighthouse at Niton and Blackgang Chine near Chale. The Victorian town of Ventnor is close by, with all the amenities you should need, including various shops, a supermarket, post office, cafes, restaurants and a number of public houses.
