The spacious vaulted lounge has wonderful character features including a charming fire place and exposed beams over head. There’s a bathroom upstairs, a shower room downstairs and a well appointed fitted kitchen diner. Outside, there is a private garden to the side and rear, with a further communal lawn central to the development.

The village of Freshwater is less than two miles away (approximately a five minute drive) with it’s wide variety of ameneties including; shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, a chemist, an 18 hole golf course and West Wight Leisure Centre with a gymnasium and indoor swimming pool. Freshwater provides excellent access to some of the best walks and loveliest beaches on the Island, with Freshwater Bay being only a ten minute level walk away. A stroll along the old railway line from The Causeway to Yarmouth is highly recommended by the property owners! Yarmouth with it’s beautiful harbour, collection of pubs, restaurants and shops is less than a ten minute drive and is the nearest ferry port.
