Within ten minutes walking distance are the sandy beach and esplanade and a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. It is also easy to access from the bungalow, many beautiful walks, both inland on The Downs (NT) and also along the coast, together with designated cycle tracks, many on disused railway lines. For day trips and sporting activities, there is a wealth of things to see and do, most no more than thirty minutes drive away.
